There is one major problem for the visits I have when visiting, the check in process. There is only one person checking people in and it is a manual paper process that requires too much time. All employees have been very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Was quick and easy, but should have receive more medicine. Also I don't know if this is in your control or in someone else's, I got billed 3-4 weeks after I was there which is hard to plan around.

The facility was extremely clean, and the PA responded to my room within minutes of arriving. I appreciate the fact that when my first antibiotic was unsuccessful, I didn’t have to come back in for the physician to write me a stronger prescription to help relieve my sinus infection. However, I had to call BetterMed as I did not get a reply through the patient portal after two days. That was irritating when I suffered for two extra days trying to be patient for the provider to respond in a reasonable amount of time. I was grateful however that my time wasn’t spent going back to the doctors office. The staff need to be more mindful of messages sent to the provider. For this reason, I gave BetterMed four stars.

Very professional staff! Always focused on patient care!

The service I shared was really great. I gave four stars because the $50.00 co-pay threw me off. I was thinking it was $25.00 Nevertheless; everyone I came in contact was great I would recommend this facility to anyone. They have a t.v in the room so that really help as often it feels like you're in those rooms for days before someone comes in to check you. Thanks again Urgent Care!!!!!

Very good and fast professional service for entire family!!

Medical care is appropriate; however, 'scheduling' is useless. It does not matter whether or not you 'schedule' a time. That time has nothing to do with an appointment to be seen by medical staff. I've had to wait in excess of 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment.

Copays of $60 are ridiculous but I do appreciate the personal care I receive and the upkeep of the facility itself
