The last 2 visits have had extremely long wait times. The first was with a 4 year old very close to dinner time and we were there for over 2 hrs for a very short look and determination of no illness. The second was our teenage child for a finger sprain. That trip took over an hour, almost 2 hrs. Wait times used to be much shorter even with covid protocols in place. Otherwise care overall is good, just waiting too long.

Tough scheduling online. Had our doubts that we were even scheduled. Took so much time and was impersonal. They weren't busy and could have easily helped us but stated that they had limited access to the calendar?? The receptionist was rude as we were greeted outside the door. Hard to hear her and she took her wrath out on us because she had to come to the door to tell us it was open. Obviously didn't like her job. The rest of the staff was efficient and professional

Provider was great. Receptionist sucked.

Nurse Practitioner was rude. I won't come back.

Would not book another appointment. Had a 12 o’clock appointment and was not called inside until 12:50. It then took 45 min to do the actual COVID test because we were waiting for doctors.

I made my apt online but their app wouldn't let me take fotos of my ID. When I got there, the receptionist had me go thru the same thing on their device and had the same issue. She had to scan my IDs herself (which took 5 minutes). The nurse was direct and clear. She had the Rx sent to the CVS but when I got there, they had not received it. I WALKED back over to the clinic (a block away) and asked for hard copies. By the time I got those (another 5 minute wait) the originals had been received.

Medical staff is great but office staff not so much.

When a patient needs a negative COVID test in order to travel, suggest explaining/ defining your expectations of providing test results. Your voice mailbox system was always full and simply cut off each call. When I was finally able to speak with a real person, was informed that you legally had up to 4 days to provide test results. This doesn't match well with airline requirements to have results prior to boarding, nor international requirements to have results within 3 days of arrival in country. Your office made me feel like my results were not important to you, only to me. Lack of results could have cost me lots of money in travel change fees.
