Excellent service

Under difficult and stressful times, the Better Med staff did a great job. They broke down the services to be provided into distinct and specific steps and then executed them in a timely and good order. I am happy with the process and with the results from that day.

Quick, excellent staff and comforting.

I was traveling In mid March, 2020, so I had no access to my primary physician. I went in with a very swollen, hot, painful leg. I signed in electronically, and took a seat (as far from everyone else as possible. There was one patient ahead of me who presented wit a fever and a cough. After completing her registration she was taken back immediately. The receptionist carefully sanitized her work station, and had me register. She had a box of masks available for anyone who felt the need for one, which I gladly took. I was taken to an exam room immediately, and did not wait long to be seen. Diagnosis was made, and antibiotics were prescribed. Since I was currently being treated for blood clots in that leg, the provider ordered an ultrasound. They made the appointment for me, as I’m not familiar with the area, and provided great directions how to get there. Within a few hours after the test, I was called with the results. Everyone was helpful, polite, respectful and professional. It was clearly obvious to me that everyone there enjoyed their job, and truly wanted to help their patients. I was only seen once, because we left the area a few days later. If I ever needed medical care when I’m in that area again, that’s where I would go.

Seamless, professional experience. I was able to schedule a next day COVID19 test when no other site in Richmond would even consider testing me. At the time i was working inside of a corrections facility and had atypical symptoms, which turned out to be influenza and not COVID19. Positive experience all around.
