I am pleased with the quality of service when getting drive through COVID-19 test 4/5/20. I was told by the receptionist that I had to pay a $20 copay that day and I was fine with that, however, I was not told about any further fees for the test. BetterMed advertised COVID-19 testing was available and I also heard on the news that it would be FREE of charge so I was surprised to pay $20. I received a statement from United Health Care claiming $150 was billed and I owe $93.54! I am surprised and quite frankly feel mislead from the get go. I should have been informed of this billing process over the phone prior to scheduling test. You need to be more specific about TOTAL cost of services.

the online--> phone scheduling was very convenient. The staff can great "car side" manner ; ) I was VERY nervous about the test for myself and my young children. They made it the very best it possibly could be.

Quick, easy, effective

I had a great experience at BetterMed. They are super friendly and professional. Their lobby and examination rooms are very clean.

BetterMed was one of the few places that was offering drive-through COVID-19 testing with no referral needed months ago. It was easy to make an appointment online and the testing process was very simple.

Took 2 days to wait for Covid testing but process was very quick and efficient. Good follow up with results.
