Can't beat the service!
I don't I will ever go to an emergency room again. They always do unnecessary work and take forever. Every time I have been to better Med I have been greeted in the front lobby with respect and efficiency. The service I get from everyone is absolutely incredible. Everyone is kind, efficient, and I feel that they took the time with me so that I get an appropriate diagnosis! I would recommend better Med to anyone who needs some urgent care assistance!

Went to Better Med Urgent Care to get …
Went to Better Med Urgent Care to get Covid Test. I think the nurse’s name was Jay, but I did not get doctor’s name. Both were very professional and caring. The doctor also checked my chest and breathing. Report several days later was negative. I would return to this urgent care center if in need of care.

Except it took 6 days to get my…
Except it took 6 days to get my results, and I had to call after the other two people went with and my wife Got there results. One got there results one Wed. Morning. My wife got her results around 3:00 on Wednesday pm. I finally got my results, after calling in and pegging for my results at 4:30 pm. We all took our test Friday morning at 10:00 am.
