Quick and easy

The service was exceptional. It was the end of the day, but you would never have known it. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse was kind and efficient. The PA was knowledgeable and helpful.

I went for a PCR test. I checked in on my phone and waited in my car. I was quickly called in, had my temperature and blood pressure taken and asked a few questions. The test was done quickly and without any discomfort. I had had other tests that were very uncomfortable. I had my results in 24 hours. The staff was friendly and answered any questions.

The staff were immediately concerned about my situation and took me in tight away. They were all very professional yet very personal with my care. I would strongly recommend them to others for urgent care.

So was tested for covid and received the results of the rapid test quickly which was "negative". Unfortunately later that day I ended up in the hospital after passing out and was later tested for covid and was positive. I've since recovered and realize these tests aren't fool proof.
