Their customer service was awesome. The nurses and doctors were friendly and supportive! If the reason for my visit had been simple or standard, I'm sure it would it would have been great. However, I went in for an ear infection because it was Saturday and my ENT was closed, and I have adult ear tubes. When they saw wax build up on one side, they attempted to irrigate that ear with saline. After speaking with my ENT at my next appointment, she explained that could have caused serious damage, and you should never irrigate an ear if the person has ear tubes. So! As adults with ear tubes aren't a common thing, I feel bad giving 4 stars... but at the end of the day it was painful, it didn't fix the issue, and it could have done a lot of damage. They need to do more research before attempting a treatment for an uncommon situation.

All was ok. No was a little confused on where to park so I followed the arrows and when I parked a fully covered man came out and rudely told me not to park there and to go back around .. And as hr walked away I heard his snide comment that I can't read a damn sign. I was appauld at his behavior. It was my first time there and I just did what the signes said to do ..and he was rude !! Not very professional

Checking in was a trick, only because of the girl at the front desk. She used her own preference over professional. Once got passed that, everything went well.

Great service on my day of need when I couldn't get in to see my regular doctor. Robert Klase in particular has been great helping me with statements I've needed to file a trip cancellation claim. 4 stars instead of 5 because 1) It took me a week and an extra phone call to get a response to my first post appointment question. 2) The next time I called in about getting help with the claim, I was shuttled (by phone) to five different people, none of whom could help me, including people at other offices from the one I called. I was finally told the person I needed to speak to would be in the next day. 3) That person was NOT in the next day and I was delayed for yet another day. 4) I should have been able to complete my question and response via email or the patient portal, yet I had to go into the office of high risk exposure, not once, but twice, during this time of attempting social distancing because of covid-19.
