Man they gave me my covid 19 results back a week inhalf after my test but on the paper work they sent me it shows they got it back 2days later. I miss alot of work becuase they wanted to be freaking lazy.

EDIT: they asked me to email them and I did, I provided my information and they never responded, their response was entirely aimed at public perception and had no desire to establish communication. If I could rate less than one star I would. They said they aren’t charging for the COVID test but then go and charge us for the “exam” they perform prior to the test. I’m a cop my wife a nurse, we have to get tested to go back to work due to exposures. They did a lousy quick chest breath test and then checked our pulses. They didn’t give us this information and it took less then 30 seconds to do it all. Horrible customer service all around and clearly scamming. During the pandemic. Haven’t been able to get in touch for help at all and say on hold for a very long time. Horrible company.

It’s incredible how you say you care about the community, but all you care about is the money. So I went to my PCP about some symptoms I am having and she told me to go to bettermed and get tested for COVID 19. I went online registered and was on my way. So I get a phone call stating that we can’t see you cause you have a past due balance. I am not working right now due to this pandemic, and have symptoms. I am also a diabetic with early onset COPD, but I can’t get tested due to billing department. I understand I owe money but if a person isn’t working right now how do you expect them to pay. So pretty much screw my life it doesn’t matter right. Have fun bettermed.

I had a COVID 19 test on April 1st and it was suppose to take 24 to 48 hours to get the results back. Here it is a week later and I still do not have my results. Meaning that I have not been able to go to work or leave my house because I do not know my status. After numerous phone calls since Sunday I was finally told yesterday that my last name was entered incorrectly and the could not link the results to my chart. They have it fixed but now they are waiting for the results to be sent over. I do not know why they cannot pick up the phone to call the lab and get a verbal so that I can know my status. I entered my name as it is on my health insurance so why they did not enter it the way that it should have been. This is not a time for mistakes and i think this one is so callous and there is no excuse. I need my results ASAP so that i can hopefully get to work if it is negative.

In all honesty I just did not like Emily R attitude toward me. Just make me not want to go back to this location. My experience with her made me feel so embarrassed and feel disrespected for even coming in. I know this is fear of corona but respect is still earn. Also this bettermed that I had at bad experiences at was on iron bridge road in chesterfield that just opened.

I waited for almost 2 hours to be seen then when I was seen the doctor told me to take a urine test and nobody came back into the room to get me to do the test until I said something. They are very slow

I was tri cities emergency instead of being care for at better med.

Misdiagnosed when I actually had pneumonia.
