The facilty was clean. The receptionist was professional. The serve was quick considering the circumstances we are facing. The doctor was thorough.

CARE WAS GREAT. BILLING NEED SOME WORK. THEY CHARGED MY CARD AT LEAST 3 TIMES AND THEN CREDITED IT BACK, BUT I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO GET ANYONE TO HELP ME FIRST. THEN YOU STARTED CHARGING MY CARD AT LEAST 3 TIMES THEN HAD TO CREDIT IT BACK. MY INSURANCE COMPANY PAID IT IN FULL. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY YA'LL KEPT CHARGING ME.

Wait was substantial but staff was very pleasant. Would have been more efficient if they were able to access my medical records using my social security number and date4 of birth.

Great experience overall. Staff very friendly and child friendly. The PA gave my 4 year old son a popsicle and superhero sticker which made him feel better faster 😊

I was seen for unexplained and sudden throat swelling. I got in pretty quickly after trying to just wait out the pain I was having. It was a Sunday as well so I was appreciative to get help early Sunday morning and not have to go to the ER or just continue waiting it out. I got the the antibiotic I needed to start treatment. In order to diminish my pain I still had to go to my primary which is fine. Ultimately I never found out what was wrong with me. I was told by my primary to know I would have had to gone to a specialist and the treatment wouldn't change, so I think this location proceeded appropriately. The only thing additional I got from my primary was a high dose steroid and topical numbing agent which helped the pain. I saw a PA at BetterMed, and I don't know if that affected the provider's decision and comfort with deciding not give that to me or if it was the fact that I just wasn't a regular patient. The PA asked me to follow up with my primary which I did the next day so not that big of a deal. The only real thing I think that could have been improved was follow up on tests results. I got tested for strep which came back negative, but I had to ask a few times a few days later as it was not showing in my portal. Not that big of a deal again as the PA said the presentation in my throat was not strep, the test results indicated it wasn't strep, and my primary, primary's office said it was not strep.

By making an appointment there was no wait.

All staff at front desk was professional and friendly. Actual provider was condescending and rude.
