Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I will never go back there. The provider did nothing for me and clearly did not have an interest in what I was telling her.

Scammed
I would like to give a higher rating because we appreciated the drive through testing site but- the specimen was never tested! No results were given and yet we were still billed the full price! The PA was professional but beyond that I am extremely disappointed and feel like we were scammed by bettermed urgent care.

Had a doctor misdiagnosed me
Had a doctor misdiagnosed me. Said my lungs were clear and went to the VA hospital and actually had double pneumonia.

Honestly beware
Honestly, service was great, however they charged my insurance a ridiculous amount for an office visit for the flu test because they had just opened and my insurance rejected the claim. When I called to ask why it was so high and if they could resubmit the claim the only answer I got was that I had to pay out of pocket. Then why have insurance? Save your time and frustration and go to Novant urgent care down the street.
