Scheduled a COVID 19 test and had results within 20 minutes as stated on the Better Med website. Staff were all courteous and professional. Answered all questions in a straight forward manner. Would highly recommend for anyone needing COVID testing. In comparison...the COVID test I had 6 days earlier,at a local drugstore, took 13 days for the test result. I could have spent an additional week in self quarantine had I not scheduled a second test at Better Med.

I have only been to the Chesterfield location. I trust the complete staff, as everyone has always been efficient, professional and friendly. Excellent place to go instead of hospital. If needed they will make sure you go to the hospital and have them waiting on you.

They did a great job with making their COVID related procedures feel seamless. The team was pleasant and hey.... any place willing to do testing for an illness with no vaccine is a five star place to me. It’s not their fault it requires a tiny q-tip to be shoved into my brain.
