Professional, clean, and kind staff
The BetterMed staff are always courteous and validate your illness. Service is quick and efficient. The atmosphere is very clean. I highly recommend. Also, somehow all the staff are very attractive. Not kidding.

Went for a COVID rapid test
Went for a COVID rapid test, honestly was a great experience. The staff have a great system set up to ensure you aren't exposed to more people for more time than you have to be, test was administered by a very friendly and informative nurse, results were delivered super quickly. 45 minutes in and out. Highly recommended.

Was seen by a doctor very quickly. They listened to what was wrong with me that had me there. They explained what they were going to do.

Went for a Covid test, very efficient. I arrived and left with my negative result in an hour. Felt safe and was treated very well.
