Great local urgent care ❤

Always nice and wonderful staff that are always on time and very knowledgeable!

Great experience once I got to the clinic. Until that time, having no one to answer the phone for hours at a time due to staff shortage, was not convenient and takes away from the name Bettermedcare. It is always better to be helped swiftly than for the person who is ill to have to invest so much time in just getting to speak with someone. Having a designated person to answer the phones would make this a much BETTER place to come to in time of need. With that said, once I did get inside, the care was ABSOLUTELY the best. Kendall is a tremendous asset to your organization both professionally and personally. She stays on task but makes it easy to trust her, to feel cared for and that you are the only person she is focusing on when we know she is juggling lots of patients. Her personality and good cheer act as a boost to make you feel better even if you still have the same symptoms or concerns. Mukil is WONDERFUL as well. Professional, easy-going while making sure you understand the care he is offering, the reasons why he is doing what he is doing and the expectations of what will happen next. His relaxed presence is refreshing a many medical professionals seem to be in a hurry as soon as they walk through the examining room door. If you could get that telephone situation worked out, you would have a TOP NOTCH urgent care center that could establish itself as THE place to go when things aren't going so well.

My local hospital ER said it would be hours before I could be seen for a suspected kidney stone and severe side pain. BetterMed saw me within 20 minutes, diagnosed the cause of pain as a kidney stone, gave me meds for pain and a printed report to take to my doctor. I was more than impressed and will go there again.

Good easy quick courteous

I was very impressed with the facility, the staff, the follow up on test results and the patient portal. I plan to use them again.

Great service! Although they were running about 20 minutes behind, my appointment was not rushed and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend.
