Everyone there is professional and pleasant, and the facility is modern, clean and comfortable. My family and I have been there a number of times, and we have always been seen promptly.

My visit to the Chester office was just perfect. I was treated like family can't say the same for the Hull St location. However I was treated with empathy and felt I was in good hands for the entire visit, start to finish. I will return to this location. My providers listened to me and cleaned up my wounds xrayed my area of concern without any unnecessary pain.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Procedures explained well. Answered all my questions. Practiced sound medicine.

I was very happy that they were able to get my son in same day for a 15 minute COVID test and when it came back negative they tested him for strep throat. Very helpful and efficient service!

I was attacked by a vicious staple gun in the meat of my ring finger, and BetterMed was able to immediately get me in. They removed the staple almost before I knew it. I am a disabled Viet Nam veteran, and the effortlessly handled the billing details without requiring a penny from me.
