During this pandemic, instead of asking how customers feel, you really should be asking how your employees feel and how they are doing mentally. Stop terminating individuals without proper grounds. The miscommunication with the management of this company is disgraceful. People are hurting during this time and this company is not cognizant to that fact. I got billed with no warning!!!! 😡

Dr. Goodwritch ( not sure if that is correct spelling) was extremely rude and traumatized my 7 year old daughter. She had an attitude the entire time and no compassion for her patient. We are also being charge $400+ out of pocket for this visit. So considering our experience this is not well worth the money.

Nurses or nurse assistants have no clue about charges or who is responsible for charges. With or without insurance. Next thing you know, you have massive bills from labs etc....

Do not go here. I came in with what I later found out were symptoms of diabetic ketoacidosis. They drew no blood from me and sent me on my way. I was hospitalized two days later. This place is inept.

I went to get tested for COVID and it was a mess! I hadn’t received my results 10 days later, despite calling every day since the 5th day (when they told me I’d have my results). Come to find out, they lost my specimen sample, and it was nowhere to be found. They only realized this because I started questioning further once it was day 10 and they still just kept saying, “We don’t have the results yet, but a nurse will contact you once we do.” I had to go in and reswab (not the best experience), and wait again. By this time, even if I were originally positive, that may not even show now. There seems to be no standard operating procedure in place for testing, at least not a good one. If 100 samples go out on Monday and you only get 99 results back from that day, wouldn’t you question where the last result was??

I called in advance to ask about fees. I received a bill for an entirely different amount. Way more than what I had planned for and I only had an exam by the doctor. Diagnosed with acute pharyngitis. She was very nice and there was nothing wrong with my visit, but no one could explain to me why the fee was so high. It was over $300 for a 5 minute discussion with the NP. While I understand fees can very, it was a huge difference from what was discussed. No labs or testing was done. I called around for fees because I’m on a budget and chose to come to bettermed. I will choose differently next time only because I was so shocked and would have never done that to myself for acute pharyngitis and no labs/testing.

I don’t like betterMed Urgent Care, I was Checkin for Covid-19 Test first they told me will Accept my Medical Inurance and when I went to my appointment they said I have to bay $149 and reject my insurance card , I need my money back.me and my wife????
