Overall, excellent service, communication. Four stars due to wait-- about 30 minute wait until able to go into the examining room for Covid-19 swab.

Amazing service once I got to the site, but very difficult to find an available appointment for the covid test.

All of the staff were very courteous and professional. The physician even suggested an additional testing for covid due to some of the symptoms we discussed.

visit was good. with the increase in testing waited a bit but staff and doctor was great.

The facility was gorgeous. Our wait was long but we understand this could happen so not affecting the rating but it was bizarre that that Np/pa didn’t even introduce herself or say hello?!

Clean, safe facility - COVID-19 prevention practices in place. Private rooms with closing doors (not curtain dividers). Checked in promptly and only waited a few minutes between check-in and seeing provider. Provider set realistic expectations and answered all questions clearly. Visit was probably about an hour including labs - have been to other urgent care companies in the area where same visit would have taken several hours.

We waited in the individual patient room for close to an hour and 15 minutes. The office did not have a lot of people there so I am not sure if they forgot about us, but I feel that is too long to be locked in a room waiting to be seen.I finally walked into the main area and asked if someone could see us. Someone came in a few minutes later and apologized for the wait. Otherwise, the staff was professional and our medical needs were taken care of very well
