The test had a false negative due to them inserting it and not leaving it in, or doing both nostrils. Scheduling I was signing up for was a Friday when I filled out paperwork and submitted I got one for like Tuesday.

I was d/c with O2 sat of 89 and fever of 102 told to take mucinex I instead went to ER was admitted due to Sepsis and tested positive for COVID19

My original visit was for COVID 19 curbside testing on 4/5/2020. BetterMed billed the insurance for flu testing and not COVID-19 which resulted in charges to my card. They refunded me the charges and then told me they would take care of it. I am now on 6/4/2020 receiving another charge that the insurance says was for after hours/holiday. This charge was added on 5/20/2020 as a second bill to the original that the insurance received on 4/10/2020. You didn't see the need to charge that until I asked that you correct the billing codes to the proper code. The insurance company said that BetterMEd is one of the very, very few that charge this fee when you are being seen during THEIR business hours but not during a regular doctor's office hours. This is totally overcharging just to make an extra buck off of sick and injured people. You are already getting paid a premium because you bill as urgent care not primary care and then you tack on an additional charge that insurances don't pay to pad your pockets.

Horrible! Went there for chest pain and an x ray was done, was told everything looked fine. Saw on notes added to my account that the xray was obstructed and the dr recommended another be taken. Obviously this company doesn't care about its patients. Huge waste of time and money going there. I had pneumonia!!

The NP I worked with was short with me and insisted on giving me a higher price drug when I asked for a lower priced drug (I'm a pharmacist). I also received misinformation about my husband being tested and receiving flu prophylactic treatment from multiple staff members. Will never go here again, will go to patient first in the future as they are much easier to work with.
