The staff was very nice
The staff was very nice, courteous & professional. Reminded me to take my meds & explained the importance of doing so. Treated me for my ailments in a timely manner.

No waiting time
No waiting time. Careful about safety measures. Clean and spacious areas. My results were thoroughly explained. Everyone was professional and respectful. In was very please with my experience.

Very impressed!
Making an online appointment was so easy! I was called promptly to come in for my appointment, and everyone was most courteous and professional. I will use my local BetterMed Urgent Care in the future after such a positive experience.

The staff was exceptional
The staff was exceptional. So professional and nice. The practice looked very nice and clean inside. Highly impressed. This was my first time visiting any BetterMed and I would definitely use them again.

Nice facility, fast service, helpful staff
Clean facility, fast service, really nice staff. Very accommodating. Hope I don’t have to do it again but if I do I know my first choice! I’ve already recommended to others as well.
