Clean location, quick service! Can’t ask for anything better for Urgent care.

The staff was timely, kind, and answered all my questions.

I needed a rapid covid test for travel to Maine and a friend recommended Bettermed. The process couldn't have been easier. I signed up for the test a couple of days in advance. The day/time of the test you call in from their parking lot, a nurse will then ask some questions, and then you will be directed inside to a room. You will have have the test (totally painless, it made my nose itch a little) and will have the results in 15-20 minutes.

This group was very friendly and accommodating. The location is very clean and modern. We appreciated their professionalism.

Needed a COVID test. Scheduled it online. Got to clinic 15 minutes before appointment and contacted them I was in the parking lot. They called back to say there was one person ahead of me and I would be called in soon. Called me in about 10-15 minutes later. Got the test performed, and results back about 20 minutes later. Staff was fantastic. Provided hand sanitizer when walked through the door. They introduced themselves, asked a few questions, explained test procedure. In and Out real quick.

website needs fixing as it glitched my appointment and made it for 5 days later

Being able to make an immediate telehealth appointment and then have orders put in for strep and Covid drive up testing is brilliant and so VERY appreciated. This could be spelled out better on the website and I stumbled upon it a bit but glad to know now! The NP we had the telehealth appointment with was amazing and the tech/nurse that came out was wonderful, despite my child's resistance. Thank you all very much.
