My entire visit with BetterMed in Short Pump, VA was absolutely stellar! I wish I could give them 10 stars! From the online check-in to reminder texts, to the speed with which I was seen, I was more than impressed. If the pandemic has taught us anything, it is that our health care providers are innovative, patient focused, and resilient. The staff at BetterMed were professional, caring, and efficient. I loved everything about "going to the doctor" at this office. Well done!
