Service was quick, everyone was kind as well as professional.

My wife and I are both RN's and attended our son's wedding on a Saturday with exposure to more young adults being casual about social distancing than we were comfortable with. We wore protective KN95 masks and were careful but still wanted to get a rapid test done to check our status on the way back from a remote beach vacation. I looked for something in our home area of Fairfax County but couldn't find anything on a weekend that had rapid testing. I called BetterMed and they verified our being able to schedule an appointment online for when we were returning home on Saturday afternoon. It was such an impressive operation! Courteous, quick, and very professional personnel all the way and we walked out with results in less than 20 minutes! Awesome experience!

I came to BetterMed for a covid-19 test. I was assessed in less that 15 min. after arrival. It was recommended that I also get tested for strep and flu. All three tests were negative. I was told to return in three or four days if symptoms were worse. I did return three days later for another covid test because I had a fever and symptoms of a head cold with congestion. The test was performed and two days later Better Med notified me by phone that the test was negative. I appreciate the responsiveness and attention received.
