I was not satisfied with my visit.

I had a pretty bad experience. I waited about 45 minutes just to be seen, then another 30 or so. When the doctors assistant finally came in she was quick to the point of being rude, basically told me she couldn’t help me, and that I should come back in a month if it didn’t “go away on its own.” That cost me $60.

It was very clear that they wanted me in and out as quickly as possible without actually evaluating the problem. They also did not check the medication they prescribed against medicines I was taking at the same time, which could have lead to severe complications if I had not noticed myself.

Informed one nurse of rash so it could be looked at by the PA. Guess that did not get passed on because she never looked at it ,turns out it was case of shingles.

I was not testing for the flu the first time I was there. I went back after suffering more and that time I was tested and I did have the flu.

I was quick to get in the back and be seen, but was misdiagnosed and ended up getting sicker and sicker. When I called back to report that my illness was progressing. They stated the antibiotics needed 10 days to be effective and to just keep taking them. I needed up going to the hospital because I was so sick. They gave me a different diagnosis and changed my antibiotics and I started improving within 36 hours..... shame was it ended up costing me 2 weeks of pto in the end 😞

While the physician I saw was excellent, kind and understanding, I was not impressed with the rest. Period.

Wait time was bad. I got there before many early am and the answer was limited rooms for this doc. I was there for hours. I called stated when I would be there. I understand walk in first come first served. That did not. Don't care to sit on the bed to wait. The Chairs were gone in the room.Thay were there once before. The DOC was ok evan tho I had to come in for two exrays because the first one read one fractured rib and the next one read three fractured ribs. I know he does not read them, info past on. He did his best. I can walk around the locations, which I have been to two, and give info to up it.
