I’ve been to the Chester VA BetterMed…
I’ve been to the Chester VA BetterMed clinic several times including for Covid testing. I find them to be organized, timely and efficient and have received excellent care, advice and instructions. I highly recommend them.

Very good experience
Very good experience with a rapid COVID test. Easy enrollment process. Excellent communications via text, e-mail and phone. And in-person customer service - from greeting thru test thru resulting - was kind and professional.
