Visited BetterMed-Colonial Heights at a time of an urgent need. Staff from scheduling to provider and all in between were professional and thorough, even during a challenging time (COVID). I appreciate the way they assisted me and addressed my needs. They are my future go-to for rapid care, thorough care.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. My daughter is afraid if men Dr but the Dr who assisted us did a great job making her feel comfortable and even had her laughing.
