MedExpress came to my rescue during an emergency. I had just received permission from the Embassy of Belgium to travel to their country within two days, but I needed the PCR Covid test, with quick results. Of the various clinics I talked to in Northern Virginia, only this one told me my insurance would cover the expense. The staff could not have been more empathetic about my need to know results right away. Cheri at the desk was efficient, Gillian, who administered the test was terrific, and Laura took the trouble to call me with the good news results, before they were emailed to me. They are always there when I need them! Not like the other Dr. office where I have to go, where it takes a month to get an appt. Everyone was kind and helpful. and I received my results in a little over 24 hours.
