Under lying issue of chest pain and Shortness of breath not addressed. Was tested for Covid and then sent home to quarantine even though I did not have a fever. Issues continued for several days after

I had to go for a covid test due to possible exposure at work. I waited in the car for 30 minutes while going through the check in process. No biggie there. Was told to meet someone at the door, a room was ready. Went in and waited another 30 minutes before I opened the door to look for someone. Heard the staff talking amongst each other and looked around the corner. They were talking about cats and looking at photos. I asked someone if they had forgotten and they started to scramble to get to me. They called me by the wrong name. The girls who did the test was apologetic and did well. They then sent in a NP who instead of apologizing and owning what had happened tried to make excuses and feed me a bunch of lies about other priority people being in there. There was 1 other person in there and they came after me. When I addressed what I heard and saw she tried placating me that they could talk while walking past each other. I told her I saw people sitting and talking, not running or walking to treat these “high priority” patients. Point blank they forgot, we’re busy chatting and she would not just say I’m sorry we messed up. Instead I was insulted and pandered to. I will never go here again.

Did not take the time to fully look at my skin and based their diagnosis on a she said experience. Also doesn't refer anyone and was misdiagnosed. Did not appreciate the 2x Bendryal at night 1x Allegra during the day, after letting them know it hasn't been working. Very short and sweet but totally wrong. Went back to Patient First, the same day, for a referral to a Dermatologist and found out I had scabies. Chroic Hives my ass....

The lady I saw didn’t even touch the area bothering me just looked and gave a dx. Since then I received a whole different diagnosis

Waited almost an hour and a half to be seen by the P A and then was basically told it would be better to go to the E R for my back pain. Absolute waste of time and money.

This is the first visit to Better Med and I just got my bill. What would have cost me $30 at my physician is costing me $170 at Better Med. Even at full price at my physicians office, I would be charged significantly less! Next time I’ll wait for Monday!
