Outstanding service
Outstanding service. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. Somebody should take everyone out for happy hour. They deserve it!

Go HERE not THERE!!!
The process to make an appointment was quick and efficient! The staff was very friendly, to the point where I commented on how friendly they were. This same day I also visited Little Clinic on Atlee for the same test. I am thrilled that MY testing at BetterMed resulted in a two-day response. In contrast, the Little Clinic misplaced my results and as of today I still have not heard my sons' results. I am so thankful to have BetterMed as an option and in the future I will DEFINITELY be using BetterMed Mechanicsville instead of Little Clinic!

NEW PLACE? EEK!
I have never been to Better Med before so of course going to a new place, especially during the pandemic, gave me a fair amount of pause. BUT, the team there was amazing. Fast, efficient, courteous, and I'll certainly be back. WELL DONE!!!

I had a sudden onset of UTI
I had a sudden onset of UTI, and needed to go for urgent care ASAP. I went early on a Sunday morning, testing was quick, and my Rx was called into my pharmacy. Everyone is always courteous and I have never had a bad experience!
