Making an appointment online was quick…
Making an appointment online was quick and easy. I arrived 15 min early and was checked-in in 5 min. The whole process took less than an hour. Being new to the area, the NP and medical assistant both helped me find a pharmacy close to home.

Was in pain from UTI
Was in pain from UTI. Was able to get a quick virtual appt and get relief quicker than at my PCP. Staff answering my phone questions and setting up the virtual appt were so nice and explained everything perfectly. I'm not fond of male doctors but Klase, PA made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be using BetterMed in the future. Thanks guys, really appreciate your help and professionalism.

First rate service and a professional friendly staff.
This was my second experience with BetterMed. The staff at both Willow Lawn location and the Regency Square location were very professional and friendly. Making an appointment on-line was easy. I would recommend them for either Urgent Care or testing of any kind.
