Service was great for sure. Now there is always room to improve.

I was initially mind-blown by the sheer incompetence of the front desk associate... she asked me for my date of birth, i told her, then she sat there blankly for quite some time and asked me “um what number month is July?” I literally almost turned around and walked out - and i would have, if I hadnt been there a few weeks prior and had a wonderful experience with the nursing staff and physician/PA. She mentioned being a “floater” so she usually doesnt work there - and I thought to myself, thank god. Other than my encounter with the girl at the front desk, my visit was great. Both the nurse and PA who tended to me were incredibly kind and professional. I’d recommend vetting out your administrative staff more closely, as to not scare away future patients.

Fast procedures; a little disappointing that prefilled info was not available/used at the site. Provider and nurse were very professional and willing to answer questions.

The process was easy and pretty painless for the most part (no pun intended). I did have to wait in the exam room a bit longer than I anticipated.

The staff at the Chester Better Med were all very professional and welcoming. We did email the forms asked for but had to do the paperwork again once we checked in. We also asked for the Covid test that gives results in 2 or 3 days but got the rapid test. The Nurse Practitioner explained that it was most likely fine as we were 6 days out from 2nd level exposure and we had no symptoms. Overall, the experience was fine.

Everything was easy, straightforward and explained very clearly.

Service was great but had to wait 20 minutes past appointment time. Facility was clean and i felt perfectly protected

I made an appt for a non Covid19 visit. I sat in a freezing cold room( receptionist acknowledged it was too cold herself) but did nothing about it. I had to sit in that room for 1hr and 15 mins. No doctor or nurse came to see me until I went to the nurses station to say that I had to leave. At that time, the triage nurse who checked me in asked me who was I waiting to see as if she didn’t even know. Something else was going on and I think they completely forgot me. This is unacceptable. I already have anxiety issues to where I waited until I couldn’t wait anymore for what I was being seen for. I waited because I was nervous of catching COVID at the office , of course. I know things happen but I feel like they totally forgot me and had no intention of coming back until I said something. I came in without evident nasal drainage to leave with visible nasal drainage from being in that cold room unattended for so long . I also needed anxiety meds when I left from concerns of contact. I always come here for the good service but this time the facility did not look like the facility I’m used to. It hasn’t been 14 days yet so I’m still praying I have not contracted it from being there for all that unnecessary time.
