A P.
Mixed review - good care but very long wait
Mixed feelings. There was only one other person in the lobby when I got there. Of course they had no problem quickly taking my insurance info and co-pay, but it was over 20 mins before I was taken to a back room. After that I waited at least another FORTY MINUTES before someone finally saw me. The PA who saw me was nice and apologetic, and I got the impression he was the only person there seeing patients (apparently the other 4 or 5 rooms had people waiting too). He also was aware of the situation and I think working as fast as he could. I think this is probably the management's fault for understaffing, not his. The prescription he gave me was logical given the symptoms. Overall except for the incredibly long wait I have no real complaints, but when you're in pain or extreme discomfort that one complaint is a big one. This is my first visit to a Better Med, but I suggest taking the "urgent" out of the name.
