The P.A.'a do not listen and when I advocate for myself and share my history/experience with certain medications, they continually argue with me. The most recent one caused an allergic reaction and I was put back on the original antibiotic I told them didn't work 2 months ago. Wait time is usually good, however this particular instance I was in the office for nearly 2 hours. I won't be back.

Our treatment while at Better Med was fined they got us in much faster than Kid Med could have on Friday 11/29 (the day after thanksgiving). The doctor did a fine job diagnosing my daughter but they said they sent her urine for cultures and would call me in a couple days. They never called me and they told me twice when I called they would get the results the next day and call. My daughter remained sick several days later and we took her to the ER and her pediatrician. When the pediatrician called better med (7 days later I believe) they mentioned not seeing an order for the cultures (after telling me the delay was due to the holiday). So, I believe they didn’t run it at all and never called me to follow up on this. I was very upset by this and annoyed that no one told me about their mistake. If I receive a bill for this I will definitely be calling and complaining.

I've had one good experience here. A very fast visit. The PA/RN ? was very nice, and listened well. She took my concerns about the meds seriously. On the most recent visit, my 12 year-old daughter received a nasal swab to test for flu. She had a sinus infection begin only a day or two later. We are almost certain the infection is linked to the swab. I don't know if is due to bad technique, or just the invasive nature of the test. I would recommend against that test!

I felt very comfortable and satisfied with examination and diagnosis received.

Used BetterMed once for a sick child with tonsillitis and they were great! Went there a second time for another child for a sport physical as our pediatrician was closed and the receptionist rolled her eyes at us and said they don’t do them and sarcastically said “sorry”. I later found out they do so perform sport physicals but for some reason you have to make an appointment. There was no reason to be rude all she had to do was tell us we needed to make an appointment and we would have gladly done so.

Don't go here if you are in a hurry. There is nothing "Urgent" about going to BetterMed Urgent Care. During check-in, I heard the registration person asking the person in front of me if they lived at my address, so it appears we were "mixed up." After getting into a room, we sat there for 50 minutes waiting for the doctor to come in. After asking, it appeared that he had "skipped us by accident." The doctor barely looked at the leg and prescribed an antibiotic. I ended up admitted to the hospital 2 days later. The place echos terrible so everybody hears your business. Wouldn't recommend...
