Didn't find any compassion or understanding of the pain I was in. Very cold just go to the ER.

Everyone was very very nice however the nurse said the X-ray showed a sprain. When I took the X-ray to an orthopedic doctor they said his toe was definitely broken.

the only issue i have with better med is the waiting. there is never enough people to help you. you can be the only person at the location and it will still take forever for someone to help u. the people are nice and friendly.

The staff was pleasant but the wait time was slow and they did not appear busy

I had explained that I was there for 2 things. #1) I was concerned that I may have a sinus infection. I had been congested and my ears were stopped up. I could not hear. #2) I needed to get a covid test - required for a Gastro Dr's appt that I had scheduled for later that week. They took me in for the covid test, put me in a room to wait, for a long time and it was hot in there. The medical assistant even apologized for it being so hot. Anyhow, when the nurse practitioner came in, it was like the only thing that I was there for was the covid test. She gave me the results and was ready to send me on my way. I brought up my main concern, she did look in my ears, said no infection, take allergy meds and was done. Was a little frustrating. She didn't really seem to care. If I had not needed the covid test I would not have gone there. I won't go back.

Friendly but expensive for very little and no diagnosis :(

This is my first visit to this location. I’ve always been seen @ Broad St location. Medical care was ok but didn’t like the idea of giving them my debit card info when I have Medicare & Anthem insurance & no copay.

I usually have s great experience with bettermed but my last visit with them was far from good. The nurse who i dealt w in the back apparently likes to treat people based on her opinion.. i did not appreciate her "huffing" over the fact that i have not had a covid shot and her attitude towards me changed. Everyone already seemed annoyed i came in to see them at 730 at night. I understood they closed at 8pm but i wouldnt have been there or come so late if i didnt feel as bad as i did and work a 10hr shift. But she not only changed her attitude towards me, and not for the better, she then wanted to argue w me about how far along i am w being pregnant. I dont appreciate being judged for not "looking" pregnant. Thats exactly what it felt she did. Once i had to wait for a dr to come in, they basically dismissed me saying there wasn't anything they could do bc i was pregnant which is bs. They didnt even try. My last pregnancy, i visited bettermed due to a sinus infection and was treated w antibiotics no issue. I felt dismissed and helped in zero ways all bc they were ready to close. It was a BAD visit plain and simple.
