Went to BetterMed Chester
Went to BetterMed Chester, needed to be xrayed. Xray tech not there that afternoon had to go to BetterMed Hull Street for xrays. Was Xrayed and told no fractures, possible bruising internally. Pain persisted went to Bon Secours Westchester a few days later and xrays showed fractured sternum.

Wait was tooooo long
Wait was tooooo long, with out someone checking on me or giving me information regarding an estimate of time before I would be seen.

I was seen for Bronchitis after having…
I was seen for Bronchitis after having been treated with Steroids and Azithromycin by my PMD for 2 weeks. Came to Better Med complaining of bad cough and productive sputum associated with the cough. Better Med stated my lungs were clear by x-ray and placed me on Doxycycline and a cough syrup. 12 Days later, I still have the same symptoms and no relief.

When it started with them not taking my…
When it started with them not taking my vitals I knew it was not going to be a good experience. Received a misdiagnosis and was forced to get a second opinion costing me even more money. I will not return.

X-ray tech horrible
Doctor and front staff amazing. X-ray fella absolutely bad attitude. My daughter 12 years old coming for X-ray for broken arm. Extremely arrogant didnt sheild her neck like the doctor said he would during X-ray. I asked him if my son could follow us to the room 9 years old and he said no I said why not he said he’s fine I’m here in a total nasty way. My some was nervous as hell he ended up letting him. Come by the door. After X-ray was over my daughter said he didn’t put any shielding on her I asked him and he said new policy says not to. Wich I knew was false. I am contacting a lawyer I feel my daughter was exposed to radiation because the the tech was extremely lazy and also lied.

I didn't like they didn't take my…
I didn't like they didn't take my daughters insurance...but they took another which led to a 321.00 billed later plus a copay. So i had to call fist insurance to cover the second insurance. Or was just a lot of calls and process.

There should be a walk in policy. I had symptoms of COVID and was told to make an appointment..

I think the covid test was a false positive and I think it was pushed by everyone.
