Very professional. Very clean facility

Appointment making was easy, fast and available. Staff was extremely pleasant, safe and caring. Visit was efficient and the thorough sanitation was recognized.

We had 11:00 and 11:10 appointments for rapid COVID-19 tests. We arrived 10 minutes early, called to let them know we were in the parking lot. They called back a few minutes later and asked a couple of questions then asked us to come in. We were immediately greeted by a nurse, lead back to an examination room, had the nasal swap tests done, taken to another exam room and told it would take 15 minutes for the results. A doc came in almost exactly 15 minutes, told us the results were negative. He did a brief exam on both of us, gave us the paperwork and sent us on our way. We were back in the car by 11:25! Very, very efficient operation.

Except for a slight delay on the day of appointment, this was about as smooth as any medical appointment that I have attended.

Wonderful experience even though I was really sick!

Needed a rapid test for Covid-19 and they had an opening in under 48 hours. Both the staff and the doctor were friendly and responsive to any question that I may have had. Facility was new and clean and very safe. I have already recommended it to many people, and will return if ever necessary.
