Everyone was so nice. No wait time. Doctor listened and prescribed medication that helped with my pain. I was truly impressed. Highly recommend Better Med.

My day of service was great. However, I left a form to be completed for my new employer. I was told that the form could be ready the same day. I called back the next day and was put on hold several times. I did not get a call back. I called the next day left a voice message with no call back. I called the third and was told the form could not be found and probably was not completed as it was not workers comp related. Later on I receive a call that my form was completed and ready for pick up. It is my thought that your front in staff need more training. Thank you

I needed a Covid test and was able to schedule one and get results. I do wish that you could see the openings a few days away from when you were using the website to book them. I had to keep checking back until I saw an opening, it looked like the system only scheduled a couple days in advance. But overall people were friendly and courteous and answered the questions I had to my satisfaction.

I pay you for a service and then you tell me what to do

Made an appointment for a specific time. Had me wait for over 25 minutes after my schedule time. This is the one out in Mechanicsville. Other than that it was fine

After waiting in our car for over 30 minutes for the staff to enter us in the system, the service was outstanding.

The medical staff was courteous and helpful. The front end staff was a bit short tempered, (meaning it was evident she catches herself being rude), and not really customer service oriented. I did have to wait over 40 minutes for 15 minute results but hey it is what it is.
