Not cooperative about forwarding test results to our Internist

Went to get a knife cut treated. Had to travel to a second location because the first location didn’t have the glue to close the cut. How can you be urgent care and not keep stock of the most common medical supplies?

The last PA entered incorrect information into my chart. I don't know where she got this false information. As a result, my employer called me & asked why I walked off the job & was on the way home to California. My employer accused me of lying to Better Med about my occupation. I called Better Med a few times to get my medical records corrected, but this was never done. Also, my height was incorrect but was corrected.

This experience has been better than the past. However, Nurses and Practioners lounge at nurses station showing a complete lack of urgency/desire to care for patients. Have seen this laissez-faire attitude too many times at this location.

I was prescribed medicine i should not take. Then i was called within 1 5 min to alert me to not buy the medicine as it would cause reaction with the medicines i generally take. I consider this as a serious neglect on their part.
