I went to CVS to pick up my prescription and they never received it. I called Better Med and they said they were resending it. Well, they only resent 1/3 prescriptions over and having a cough that keeps you up all night and not being able to get the meds to help control it really stinks. While I was waiting for the 1 to be filled another lady that had been to Better Med after me also did not have her prescription sent over.

I came in asking if your establishment had xray. Was told yes and I knew I needed an xray but was diagnosed wrong and 3 weeks later I finally got an xray ( not at BetterMed) and finally on the road to recovery! No thanks to BetterMed

The NP told me her diagnosis as she walked in the room looking at her laptop. She hadn’t even seen my face yet alone my eye. She diagnosed Blepharitis. Told me the antibiotic cream she was prescribing wasn’t “technically necessary”. The next day my eye was completely swollen shut. I am still seeing an opthamologist and may need surgery!! My initial visit was on 11/12/19. Today is 12/18/19!! Also, I was billed for a 45 minute visit and wasn’t in the building for a total of 10 minutes!

after a few hours and exrays was told by PA he was not trained to fix the fractured ulnar and radius so off to ER for another few hours My daughter had called before we went and asked if they did exrays At that time they said yes and should have said they couldn't fix fracture if there was one

EH. nurse I saw gave off a really big "know it all" vibe. Made me super uncomfortable. Had gone to patient first earlier in the week & they gave me an antibiotic that didn't work to help with any of my symptoms. Told the nurse at Better med and she demanded to know why they gave me an antibiotic. Umm... 1. I dont know? 2. Why are you scolding ME for the treatment the woman at patient first gave me? and 3. I came here when it didn't work.. so can you give me something that works- that's your job.

I had stitches one time and that was fine. The last two times I went were not good. One, there are no docs there so why do you charge $40 for a copay? You only have nurses and physician assistants. Not right I went there the last time, and I didn’t have the time to wait an hour plus. So I left and never was reimbursed for my 40 dollars. You are a rip-off. You can go to CVS and get the same service.

Before reading the review, please know that out of several visits since this BetterMed has opened, this was the worst. The P.A. was swamped and spent about 3 minutes with me. I had been sick for about a week and came in on a Friday morning. After an hour of waiting in the little cubicle, got swabbed for flu, even though I didn't have any flu symptoms,(negative) and got diagnosed with laryngitis and a sinus infection. He gave me an oral steroid drink, told me to keep taking OTC meds (which hadn't helped me in the last 7 days) and sent on my way. By Monday I'm even worse. Had to go to the competitor and got diagnosed with the exact same thing but the difference was that I was prescribed a steroid taper and antibiotics. I would like to think that if he would have taken more time with me and not been in such a rush that he would have prescribed something to help me.
