My visit
Service was prompt with CoVid safety measures in place. Practitioner(s) were personable and answered concerns to best of their ability. Staff was personable as well. Will recommend.

Courteous and professional staff
The nurse and person who opened the door for me were very nice and professional. The person who picked up my call on the other hand wasn’t. She said I never sent her a copy of my insurance card and didn’t give my credit card number per the email sent and I explained I did not receive an email other than a confirmation email for my appointment.

COVID-19 testing
I had an appointment for a COVID-19 test. They were efficient and I didn’t have to wait long. The test wasn’t bad at all! I got the rapid test and had my results in 25 minutes! It was easy and painless! I would go there again in a heartbeat!

Scheduling and appointment were great
Scheduling and appointment were great. Everyone I interacted with was courteous. The only problem I had was that they reported my results in the wrong place somehow. I got them a day late, and then only because I contacted them about the delay. This caused me an extra day out of work.

Almost perfect (but please get an official looking stamp)
It was very easy to sign up on line, fast and all was as promised, very professional. All great except for one thing. I would have given a 5 star, except for this. The clinic had no office stamp with name and address for my "proof of covid 19 test" form for Japan immigration. The nurse said "But we are giving you our form." That is fine, but Japan requires their form to be filled out (takes 2 minutes, and your nurse did fine), and signed (she did) and then requires the stamp or seal of the clinic. For all they knew at immigration when I arrived Japan, I could have filled out their form. I showed them your form, but they could not believe a legitimate clinic did not have a stamp of some kind to put on their form. Thankfully I finally convinced them and got in. My wife goes to you for hers next week to get back into Japan. Shall I have her make you a simple clinic name and address stamp at Staples and donate it to you? No, you should have such a stamp. Please!
