There’s is nothing fast about this place... I only go bc it’s convenient to my work schedule

There was no one before me and I still was in there for almost 2 hours. I waited for 45 mins to get into a room and another 45 for the doctor.

This was my first visit. My initial check-in was quick and competent. Once in the examining room and initial vitals were taken by a tech, I waited at least 20 minutes for a NP or PA ( I forgot which) to arrive. No one checked in on me during the wait. My exam was quick and meds were prescribed. I had to has numerous questions as to the purpose of each drug, how long it should take for symptoms to improve, and discuss contingencies if there is no improvement or worsening. After a week, my conditioned worsened. I tried to follow-up by phone but my PA was not in the phone system. This experience motivated me to find a primary physician as an alternative.

Was very good until I checked my bank account my account was charged $198.00 even after I gave insurance card and paid a $30.00 co-payment I contacted my bank and I am disbuting the charge. Thank you bettermed urgent care.

Eh it’s okay but service is always super slow.

Never called back after I left an urgent message before my China trip. Called them several times but no answer after my visit.

The wait time was over an hour.

I came in for leg pain that was triggered by being touched with cold things. I was given an x-ray and prednisone with no diagnosis and no way to view my X-ray. My pain hasn’t resolved and I paid 60 dollars for no answer. The prednisone didn’t help and there were no other suggestions for how to handle or treat it. I would have liked some sort of directions for next steps or at least a follow up and hope I get that next time.
