My son was anxious about his Covid test. They made it easy and painless. I only wish they could have done an antibody test while we were already there.

Appointment is difficult to get

Went for a Covid test and it was quick and everyone was friendly. Great experience. Booking the appt was a little glitchy also maybe it was me but it would've been helpful if the confirmations I received had the address but other than that everything was great.

Charged me $497 and didn't even bill insurance. I called and they were able to change my bill to go to my insurance.

Leaving credit info instead of allowing me to pay my copay was not a choice I wanted -all else was good.

Friendly staff, super clean facility that takes COVID-19 very seriously by the way they handle appointments and cleaning, quick and easy to get an appointment too.

They were very good. Just hard to get a COVID-19 testing appt which their website says you need to be tested. But w Thanksgiving coming up, I guess that’s understandable.
