Great effort and service to schedule our PCR test appointments and then get the results to us while we were in line to leave on a flight to Africa requiring us to provide the results before boarding and then again on arrival. Tests were required within 48 hours of departure. Very well done by the staff..

Other than waiting about 45 minutes past my appointment time (we are in the midst of a COVID pandemic, I have nothing but great things to say about the staff, the efficiency once I was inside, and the care I received. All of the medical personnel were very cordial even in this extremely busy time. The PA was very nice, explained everything well, and spent a reasonable amount of time with me. I would highly recommend this Better Med clinic.
