Knowledgeable friendly staff, very clean facility. The BetterMed at 6100 Harbourside Center Loop is amazing. With this pandemic the people here are so caring and compassionated. They really care about helping you.

Excellent service and quick results. It was good to be able to set up an appointment for my covid test and not have to sit in a parking lot for hours waiting in line. I will definitely return to this clinic if I need treatment in the future. Staff was extremely nice too.

I was there to get tested for COVID-19 and they were a very concerned staff. I ended up getting tested for COVID-19 and the Flu! To no avail, I found out that I have both. Such misfortune, but they took care of me and I would recommend this BetterMed Urgent Care to everyone. The staff take care of you genuinely.
