The staff of the BetterMed Urgent Care…
The staff of the BetterMed Urgent Care in Midlothian were very courteous and professional. I was processed on time and did not have to wait for service. The nurse and attending PA were very professional and provided me information at every turn what they are about do and the next steps. Excellent team!!

Knowledgeable Nurse
I wasn’t feeling great and I got an appointment and they tested me for flu covid and strep (all negative) - I’m glad they covered all bases. But what I was impressed with was the nurse who took all my medical information knew about a rare condition I had as a baby. Wow! Knowledgeable!
