It was great and smooth but waited in room a little longer then anticipated.

Quick. Gave expected wait times and didn't go over them. Explained every step and possibility regarding tests and assessments. Everyone was very friendly.

BetterMed in Chester was fantastic. The doctor was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, professional and she made me feel at ease during a stressful COVID scare. I do, however, wish that the doctor would have diagnosed my symptoms and been able to give me more information about how I could feel better as opposed to just telling me to take 500mg of vitamin C. My fever was worse the following day and I was sick with a migraine, stomach pains, cold chills and sweats and had a horrible sore throat for over a week. While I may not have tested positive for COVID or either strain of the flu at your offices, I do work in a school with students still attending school in-person daily. I feel as if I am working in a profession where I am at high-risk and should have been given more insight and answers into a diagnosis. Because COVID has been so fatal for many, I wish I left with more answers. I did not feel any better and had to be retested again the following Wednesday after a Sunday test at BetterMed. Again, the doctor was fantastic and I would visit again if in need of urgent and reliable care.

Great facility and service

Called that morning to get a Covid test. They got me in. Performed a quick test and a PCR text both with positive results. Clean facility, quick and professional. Would like to be able to schedule a follow up test in 10 days though.

Good care - I've been hare a number of times over the past few years. Savvy staff, short wait time (unless you're getting a COVID test, then you might be waiting a looong time). Highly recommend.
