A wonderful experience on all fronts - easy to use website, great doctors and nurses Highly recommend!

The appointment was easy to get online and the doctor that we saw was personable and friendly. The location felt extremely clean and the front desk person was super nice. The entire experience was extremely efficient. Hopefully we don't need urgent care very often, but I'll definitely go there again if we do.

The nurse was super helpful, I asked to also be tested for strep and he didn’t argue (as I’ve experienced before) and the doctor was knowledgeable and even gave me a fabulous tip For ear pain!

I was in and out relatively fast - appt was for a covid test.

The nurse and the doctor were both professional and friendly. I was seen very quickly and felt cared for and safe, especially since I was Covid positive and needed some additional medication. I would highly recommend Better Med.

I needed a covid pcr test for overseas travel, with my destination country requiring the test be done within 48 hours of departure. The staff at Bettermed were so accommodating, requesting expedited results and then immediately uploading on the portal so that I had them on arrival. Everyone was so kind and helpful, I’m grateful!
