great treatment once I got in.... very long wait in my car though

Personnel at the facility were excellent but much confusion on reporting the results of the 3-4 day test..

Easy to make appointment. Not too far past appointment time until seen. Great nurse. Could not find a way to get results over the phone.

Staff was professional. Doctor was really good.

It was ok. Health care personal was ok too. Everything was done I guess accordingly. No hassle. Had to wait a little. But that’s I think was regular waiting for short staffing at the time I was there.

I made an appt on line and when I showed up was told I wasn’t in the system. I was then told to come back the next day for a 10:30 appt. When I arrived I was told I didn’t have an appt. I was then asked if I could wait until 11:20 (which I did). When I called to register I was told my appt was at 11:15. Once I came inside, the staff was wonderful. Very thorough and courteous. Other than the scheduling issues, I would give 5 stars.

I know that covid is making things harder but checking in still took over 45 min, during which we were waiting in the car outside.
