I had appointment at 330 called in at almost 4 didn't get out till almost 5 just for a quick covid-19 test

Refused to give me a different antibiotic for my UTI when the first one didn't work. They told me to go see a Urologist. So have a UTI for 2 months until a urologist can see me? That's not even logical. Thankfully, I messaged my gynecology NP instead and she called me in some Bactrim. I didn't think she would be able to since she didn't see me for it, so I figured I would call Bettermed to get a different one, but obviously that was a waste of my time. The Bactrim knocked my UTI right out. I won't waste my time going to Bettermed ever again.

We had a 540 appointment for a rapid covid test. I have had one other covid test at a different provider so I expected this to be done from my car. You actually have to go inside the facility. They took us in 25 minutes late. Then they make you stay inside and wait for the results. This is crazy. Lots of people being tested for covid coming in and out. It’s not somewhere you should be hanging out. Should at least have you wait in your car for the results. All together we were there an hour. At the other place I was in and out in 15 minutes and never left my car. Then received a call in and hour. Much better.

i came in with a RED Floater in my right eye. Technician took my blood pressure which was a little elevated; (WHITE COAT SYNDROME). Nurse Practitioner walked in says I need to be transported to VCU Emergency Room because she felt I had experienced a stroke. I am an EMT and had no Stroke related symptoms. She did not examine me PERIOD. Almost went; second thought called eye dr and was verified fine.I will be fighting any and all charges. Buck Bottoms

I was given the wrong diagnosis. I am now out of work for two weeks. I called the manager of the site I was seen at and left a message requesting a return call. I have yet to receive a return call.

Came in for an upset stomach. Took first stool sample in office and the sample wasn’t readable. A few days later dropped in another sample...a week and a half goes by with no results and they can’t find the sample. The doctor told me that she will look into it....its been 3 days... no results, no answers... this is messed up. I needed to have my stool ran to make sure of any unknown bacteria. I feel the practice doesn’t know whats going on and communication b/ doctors and staff is unfortunate.

Your website says $189 for a self pay Covid test. I was charged over $400. Y’all are criminal and I will never visit here again. Received reply 18 days ago. Still haven’t heard from billing. You definitely deserve this one star.

The nurse practioner was more concerned about testing me for covid. She did not listen. Had to see another facility today where the dr put me on strong med.
