Caring staff and safe during Covid
Caring staff and safe during Covid. Highly recommend. I would like to see more time slots for Covid testing. It's almost impossible to get in.

Went for another covid test which was…
Went for another covid test which was negative thus time but the NP said she wanted to get a chest X-ray bc she heard something when listening to my deep breathing. Chest X-ray confirmed pneumonia in both lungs. NP prescribed 4 medications and told me to follow up with a pulmonary specialist as soon as possible. I felt I received excellent care every time I’ve visited a BetterMed. Very caring, engaged staff who wants the best for their patients.

BetterMed is always professional and a great alternative to get an appointment more quickly especially with rapid testing. They always seem to be able to get one in within the 3 day window.

Covid Testing
Needed a Rapid Test for Covid. Negative: having to sign up starting at midnight just to get an appointment that day. Not their fault due to demand.. Positives: On- time, friendly staff, quick visit, empathetic PA.
