Staff were helpful and tried to be flexible with me. I came in rather late during their day (19:40) when they were closing at 20:00. They still managed to see me and made time to complete my rapid test for COVID-19 though they warned me that in the future they wouldn't do that when it is so close to closing. My only problem is that the NP didn't take any extra time for education about what to do once I detected positive.

I know that the PA did the best she could with the available information on eye problems. Her diagnosis was wrong but no harm resulted. However, she didn't have the tools and experience of an eye specialist. BetterMed is my preferred provider for urgent visit and this experience does not change that opinion. The staff is professional and helpful.

The treatment I received was good and the PA was pleasant and knowledgeable. The only hitch was that I checked in online and was given a time to arrive. After arriving I still had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen. But, overall, it was good.

The care was great both times I have visited this facility. The only issue is the wait time, however due to the high volume of COVID tests I am sure it is difficult to keep things running on time. The staff was very caring and accommodating and I'd definitely return.

The nurse that met me in my room was not very friendly. He seemed irritated that I was there and didn’t listen to what I wanted to get done nor did it look like he reviewed my chart for my previous visit three days prior. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful before and after that awkward interaction.
