My friend and I made an appointment on the same day. Mine was scheduled first, but for some reason he was in before I was. Then his results came in 2 days after the test and mine came 6 days after. When I called to inquire I wasn’t given a proper answer. As an Asian woman I felt discriminated against.

easy to schedule online appointments. had a VERY VERY long wait time after checking in (i think they forgot about me honestly because it was short after I went up and asked what the holdup was). had some issues with the phone in terms of reaching someone. everyone otherwise was polite, had fast care in and out, and patient portal was easy to use.

Too long a wait (1hour, 30 minutes) to have wax taken out of ears.

I was very pleased with the care of the PA that saw me, however my experience with the medical assistant was less than average, which is why I gave an overall average of 3 stars. I had come to the Regency location a couple months ago where the COVID-19 testing was conducted outside of the office by a Health Care Professional- in my case it was a Nurse Practitioner. Yes, the test is uncomfortable, but not painful. The triage was very quick, and we were seen within 10 minutes of arrival in our car. I was very please with this visit. During my recent visit, the experience was much different. COVID-19 testing was being conducted in the office. Directions were given to stay in your car and to call the office to check in. There was not the appropriate staffing to answer the phone, and after 15+ calls we ended up just having to go in to check in. I was surprised to find out that a medical assistant would be conducting the test because of how things were set up last time. The test this time was beyond uncomfortable- it was incredibly painful. The MA had gone so deep in my nose that she punctured BOTH sides and caused a significant nose bleed. There was no acknowledgment of the bleeding and the MA quickly left the room and said the PA would be in shortly. The PA was incredibly apologetic, looked to see where the punctures in my nose occurred, and provided supplies to help stop the bleeding, in addition to the routine physical exam. My advice is to continue back to the previous model where Health Care Professionals are the ones conducting the tests. It does not take up that much more of their time to complete this, and if I'm being billed a $40 copay (with my insurance paying the remainder), I expect my procedures and treatments to be delivered by a professional so things like what I experienced do not happen.

Original appointment was great; came in for ear pain (outer ear infection). No change after a week on medication. Called and was advised to give it another week and If no change then schedule an appt with ENT. Felt like since there was no visit/payment it wasn’t their concern or care any longer.

Went for Covid testing due to fever and chills. Wish they had paid attention to other complaints because after a week when I found out it wasn't Covid (thankfully), I still had a fever and didn't know what it was. Eventually found out it was a kidney infection and overall took almost 2 weeks to figure it out due to focus on Covid. A simple urine test at the first visit would have identified the problem and I did tell them I had a history and was having significant lower back pain. I do get the focus on Covid, but more consideration of other possibilities would have helped much sooner.

Very impersonal, had to sit car for 45 minutes past appointment for 3 interviews. Once inside was rushed in and out with absolute min of inner action with staff.

I didn’t appreciate the fact I heard the nurses talking about patients personal business; however my doctor was wonderful....
